Before you get started
Can I split my staff across different sites?
Yes. Create a team for each site, kitchen or department, give each its own courses and team leaders, and see them all from the organisation dashboard.
Do my managers need to be trained too?
No. A team leader can manage their team without taking a course. If they do want to learn, they can be added as a learner as well.
How do staff get their logins?
When you add a learner, they receive an email to set their own password. You never need to create or share passwords.
Can I add people in bulk?
Yes — upload a CSV of names and email addresses to add a whole team in one go.
Can I export training records for an inspection?
Yes. Organisation and team progress can be exported to CSV, and every learner’s certificates stay available to download.
Are the courses accredited?
