UK food law requires food handlers to receive appropriate supervision and training for their role. A Level 2 course is a widely used way to demonstrate suitable food-hygiene knowledge, but the exact training needed depends on the role and workplace.
Acceptance is determined by the employer or relevant authority. The course is designed for common food-handling roles and provides a digital certificate showing successful completion. If you have a specific workplace requirement, check with your employer before purchasing.
Most learners complete the course in approximately 2–3 hours. It is self-paced, so you can pause and return when it suits you.
Your digital certificate is available to download immediately after you complete the course and pass the assessment.
Unlimited assessment resits are included, so you can revisit the learning and try again without another assessment fee.
